>> Rachel: Good morning, it's time for Chompers, your morning and night toothbrushing show. 

It’s Chompions week, which means this week is all about YOU! And today we’re talking about all the fun, WEIRD PETS that you guys sent us! 

But first,

Start brushing on the top of your mouth on one side, and brush all the way to the molars in the back. 

>> KIDS: 3, 2, 1 brush! 

>> Rachel: Our first weird pet totally rocks! - It’s a PET ROCK.

You can make your own pet rock at home. Sofia’s pet rock is named Roxy and has a rainbow- colored Mohawk haircut. Ezri’s pet rock has a cat painted on it. (SFX Meow)  Danica says pet rocks are weird, because - ROCKS CAN’T WALK. 

Switch to the other side of the top of your mouth, but don't brush too hard.

The next special pet comes from Ainsley, it’s a SNAIL. Snails have soft, slimy bodies with a shell on their back. 

Lucas and Nicky got their pet snails from a lake (SFX SPLASH). Micah, Eli and Abram’s snail was a gift from Grandma, and they named it Turbo. Turbo has dark brown and tan stripes.   

Sheriff’s snail, Buddy, crawls up his arm when he holds out his fingers (SFX Slime Trail). 

Switch to the bottom of your mouth (SFX), and brush your front teeth too!

Alexander and Henry like HERMIT CRABS. Like snails, hermit crabs live in a shell. But unlike snails, a hermit crab is born withOUT a shell. So a hermit crab has to find an empty shell to climb into and make it their home (SFX Doorbell). The only time a hermit crab leaves its shell is when they outgrow it and have to pick a new one. 

Switch to the other side of the bottom of your mouth, and keep brushing! (SFX)
