I’m feeling like I’m kinda cranky
Head hurt, stomach growling at me
Feeling weak in my arms legs hands and knees
What is this feeling taking over me?
Like a dog who’s wanting a bone
Like a baby crying like it’s all alone
Like a cat going nuts chasing a mouse
Oh I get it now - I’m hungry!
Switch your brushing to the other side of the top of your mouth - don’t forget your molars!

It’s time to eat a snack
Time to refill the tank
I’m hungry
Here’s my plan of attack
IT’S TIME TO EAT
Switch your brushing to the bottom of your mouth and get those front teeth!
But I can’t scarf down just any thing
I need a snack that’ll really my belly sing
Something fill me up, something make feel good
Hand full of nuts slices of lunch meat
Maybe get something with some protein
Carrot sticks or celery for a crunch
Oh yeah, that’ll hit the spot
OK switch to the other side of the bottom of your mouth, and give your tongue a brush!
